Test/draft. Work on our vegetable farm. Seeking Assistant Farmer and Farmhands

Come work for us and learn about organic farming.  We have many years experience, and are happy to share our knowledge with young and beginning farmers.  We raise 35 acres of certified organic vegetables for our CSA customers and for local natural foods coops.  Join our lively farm crew and work outside in a healthy setting. 

ASSISTANT FARMER (FT or PT)

– We have FT and PT openings.  Bring your skills and we will craft a FT or PT position to match.
– You will encounter a broad range of interesting machinery, crops, jobs, and responsibilities. 
– Compensation: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience), probable year-end bonus, gas subsidy, and lots of organic produce.

DELIVERY DRIVER (PT, 10 hours/week)

– Can be combined with Assistant Farmer role to create a FT position.
– Deliver produce to Madison and nearby towns.
– Compensation: $18+ per hour (based on experience), probable year-end bonus, gas subsidy, and lots of organic produce.

SEASONAL FARMHANDS (FT or PT)

– Compensation: $16.00 – $17.00/hour (depending on experience), probable year-end bonus, gas subsidy, and lots of organic produce.
